Audit the leak. Then install the catch.
No discovery theater. We look at how inquiries enter, how fast someone responds, and what happens if they don't book on the first touch. Then we configure the Never-Miss-a-Lead system — or tell you the honest gap is volume, not response.
How it works
- 1
Free automation audit
Thirty minutes on the calendar. We walk calls, forms, HighLevel (or the CRM you already run), the site, and follow-up as they work today — not how a slide deck says they work. You leave with a map of where leads wait and where they disappear.
- 2
Recommend a track
Systems when the leak is response, follow-up, or infrastructure — you own the number and database. Demand when you need campaigns, pages, leads, or commercial appointments THP sets. Both when the pipe needs catching and feeding.
- 3
Scope and deploy
Work starts from a written scope: what's included, who owns what, and how success is measured. We configure HighLevel, wire the site and first-touch (SMS, missed-call recovery, voice answering when rings die), and stand up sequences. Configuration on a tested stack — not a six-month custom build.
- 4
Operate and report
THP runs the system layer. You see response times, pipeline stages, and booked outcomes — including appointments we set when you bought that model. Reporting for operators, not dashboard theater.
What you keep
On Systems work, your phone number, domain, Google Business Profile, ad accounts (when yours), and contact database stay yours. HighLevel sits in an account you own. THP holds build IP and operates the automation — your assets are never held hostage.
What we run
On Demand work, THP owns campaigns, landing pages, and lead source. You buy output — qualified leads or commercial appointments on your calendar. On Systems work, you own the stack and we run it. Either way: inquiries answered fast and moved toward booked.
Light lift to start
-
The audit call
Thirty minutes, your real workflow — not a slide deck. Calendar access and ten minutes on how you quote and book work. Remote, nationwide.
-
Access where it matters
Phone routing, calendar, HighLevel or CRM credentials, and the site as scoped. We file carrier registration for business texting during onboarding.
-
Clear definition of qualified
What counts as a good lead and a booked job — written before performance terms, not argued after. Required before we set commercial appointments.
Common questions
Do I need to be in a specific city or region?
No. THP Solutions is a national remote agency. Audits, builds, and operations happen on a call and in your accounts. The (239) 310-4222 line is how you reach us. St. Petersburg is the registered office — not a service-area claim.
What is Managed Local Visibility?
Website and landing pages wired to capture, automatic review requests after completed jobs, and Google Business Profile hygiene you own. We do not buy reviews or invent rankings. It sits in Systems next to Never-Miss — presence that can convert when someone finds you.
How long until something is live?
Speed-to-lead and core follow-up deploy in days, not quarters — the stack is pre-built; your job is configuration in HighLevel plus routing. A site that captures takes longer than a form wire-up. Demand campaigns and appointment-setting need creative, tracking, and written qualification; timeline is in the scope.
Do I have to buy both tracks?
No. Many clients start with Systems to stop the leak, then add Demand when the pipe can handle more volume. We recommend what the audit shows — not the biggest package.
Do I have to switch to HighLevel?
Not if your current CRM can hold a clean pipeline and accept the first-touch path. We typically build in HighLevel because the inbox, calendar, and automations live in one place. If we recommend a move, you still own the account and the data.
Is this an AI receptionist product?
No. Voice answering is one tool inside speed-to-lead when rings die after hours or on overflow. The phone layer is listed on the services hub as 24/7 voice answering. We sell answered inquiries and booked slots — measured that way, not by gadget names.
What is commercial appointment-setting?
A Demand model: we qualify the prospect and put a meeting on your calendar. You run the conversation. Qualification, exclusivity, and replacement are in writing before we start. It is not a shared lead dump, and it is not the same product as paid ads in accounts you own.
Is there a long contract?
Engagements are month-to-month after any initial term in your agreement. Specific terms are in writing before work starts.
Start with the audit
Pick a time on the calendar. We map calls, forms, HighLevel, and follow-up — then tell you straight whether Systems, Demand, or both makes sense. (239) 310-4222.
