How we measure // THP Solutions

We count booked work, not clicks.

Four numbers tell you whether a response system is working: how fast the first touch goes out, how many missed calls got recovered, how many contacts actually moved a stage, and how many jobs landed on the calendar. This page is the methodology behind those four. Named client stories appear here only when a client approves one — never as filler.

No invented metrics. No placeholder logos. No "average client sees X%" claims without a named, dated source. When a client approves a named story, it lands here with the arithmetic left in. Until then — methodology only.

What we count

Outcomes operators can act on

  • First-response time

How fast an inquiry gets a real first touch — not how fast a pixel fired or a dashboard refreshed. Core Never-Miss scoreboard.

  • Missed-call recovery

Rings that went unanswered, then got a callback or text while the job was still winnable.

  • Pipeline movement

Contacts that changed stage — quoted, scheduled, showed, closed. Form fills sitting in a spreadsheet do not count.

  • Booked jobs

The outcome that pays the bills. Clicks, impressions, map-pack screenshots, and vanity charts are not the scoreboard.

Publication standard

Situation. Change. Outcomes.

  1. 1

    Situation

Where inquiries entered, where they waited, and what leaked before the work — in the client's own terms.

  2. 2

    Change

What got built or operated: Never-Miss, Managed Local Visibility, Demand, or a mix. Mechanisms stay in the background. The job is the leak that closed.

  3. 3

    Outcomes

Only numbers a named client will stand behind — response, recovery, pipeline, booked work. Nothing padded. Nothing invented. Nothing published without permission.

Ask any agency you are considering for those same four numbers, with dates attached and a client willing to confirm them. The ones who cannot will show you impressions instead, and impressions have never covered anybody's payroll. When a THP client approves a named story, it appears here with the arithmetic left in. Until then this page stays thin on purpose — honesty beats a hollow proof wall.
