Who we are

THP SOLUTIONS LLC ("THP," "we," "us") operates thehumanproblem.ai. We are a national remote agency. We work with companies everywhere. This policy covers this site and the Systems and Demand services we provide — catching and converting inquiries, and campaigns that feed the pipeline.

What we collect

If you contact us through the form at thehumanproblem.ai/contact, we collect the name and email address you submit, plus an optional phone number and optional message. Phone is not required to send the form.

If you book an automation audit on the booking calendar, our scheduling provider collects the name, contact details, and appointment information you provide.

Optional SMS consent (customer-care or marketing) is collected only if you check those boxes — it is never required to submit the form or to book. Checking an SMS box does require a phone number so we have a number to text.

Partner or service applications submitted through this site are treated the same way: they are inquiries, not a waitlist.

We also use privacy-friendly, cookieless analytics (aggregate page views and interactions — no cross-site tracking, no ad profiles).

How we use it

To respond to your inquiry, schedule and run your consultation, send the service communications you asked for, and operate and improve this site.

If you opt in to text messages, we use your number only for the communications you agreed to; reply STOP at any time to opt out.

We do not sell your personal information.

Who processes it

We use service providers to run our business:

• LeadConnector / HighLevel (CRM, scheduling, messaging),
• our workflow-automation provider (lead routing and follow-up), and
• Cloudflare (hosting, analytics).

They process data on our behalf under their own security and privacy commitments.

SMS / Text Messaging (A2P 10DLC)

We send text messages only after you opt in — for example, by submitting the form at thehumanproblem.ai/contact and checking the standalone, unchecked-by-default SMS consent boxes (which link to this Privacy Policy and our Terms of Service / SMS Terms), by checking a consent box elsewhere on this site that explicitly asks to receive texts from THP Solutions, or by texting us first.

Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase.

If you opt in, message frequency varies based on your interaction with us (for example, appointment reminders or follow-up on an open inquiry). Message and data rates may apply.

Reply STOP to opt out at any time, or HELP for help. You can also opt out by replying "unsubscribe," "cancel," or "quit," or by contacting us at the phone number or email above.

No mobile information or SMS opt-in data will be shared with or sold to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

Text-messaging originator opt-in data and consent are excluded from any information we share with third parties, except as required to deliver the messages themselves (for example, our CRM/messaging provider and telecom carriers) or to comply with the law.

Data retention & your choices

We keep contact and message records for as long as needed to provide our services and meet legal, tax, and recordkeeping obligations. You can ask us to access, correct, or delete your information, or to stop contacting you, at any time by emailing us at the address below.

Security

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect your information, including encryption in transit (HTTPS) and access controls on our systems. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.

Children's privacy

Our services are directed at businesses and business owners, not children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as our services change. The effective date above reflects the most recent revision.
